Our houses are constructed from top down – without compromises. It is understandable that these houses are quite heavy. The exterior wall for instance is 18 cm or 7.2 inches thick. As a first step we constructed the chassis, that can take the heavy weight. Every wheel can take a weight of 11 metric tons and as a hitch you do not find the usual overstrained small caravan hitch, but a rugged hitch with a strong truck towing eye.

Our mobile homes are individually planned. A 1-2-build-4-U mobile home looks like a strong all seasons house and it feels like one. You won’t find any disturbing prefab- or caravan gaps. We forcefully withstand all temptations to use any caravan-building materials. We only build with high quality doors and windows as you will find them in normal house construction. All other premium construction materials come from conventional house construction.

The wide roof overhang adds very much to the quality of our houses, because it makes sure, that rain water or melting water doesn’t even come close to the house. Both, the terrace and entrance designed in temple stile with it’s impressive pillars, are very prestigious.

 

 

Comfort and luxury:


Good all around insulation and double glazing in windows and doors add to warmth in winter and coolness in summer. All windows and terrace doors have tilt and turn fixtures and as a rule open to the inside (on special request we also have terrace doors that open to the outside). The windows have mosquito screens. If you step on the floor with your full weight or close the door, your house won’t shake – everything stays calm, as you would expect from a real house.

Generous rooms and a overall ceiling height of 2.3 m (7’ 7’’) allow large quality furniture such as king-size beds etc. With a 1-2-build-4-U mobile home you don’t have to put up with inferior caravan furniture or bathroom interiors at excessive prizes.
